Sanga
A community of like minded people,
Here at Jodie Corin Yoga…
We believe that having a Sanga….being a part of a community…. where we can all come together in a safe, nurturing enviroment, to be completely yourself, is one of the most important aspects of our Yoga practice….
A safe place to practice, to share ideas, and thoughts, to share a cuppa, and to be safely held and nurtured within a community……..
Sanga events
Throughout the year we hold special get togethers and events to get to know your fellow yogis outside of the class room…
I have seen special friendships created and blossom within this community, friendships that will last a lifetime…..
After class cuppas
ALTHOUGH WE WON’T BE HAVING REGULAR CLASSES FOR NOW, WE WILL STILL BE GETTING TOGETHER TO SHARE A CUPPA AND A CHAT IN A LOCAL VENUE..
I feel it’s really important to keep the Sanga alive.. This helps us to keep our Yoga practice alive, BOTH ON THE MAT, AND IN OUR HEARTS..
Even if you’re not a regular to my classes, you’re still very welcome to come and share a cuppa and chat with likeminded people..
We also enjoy sharing special moments such as birthdays and Christmas celebrations…
Mala Making Workshops
A time together, sitting around the table, chatting,
and making your very own personalised Mala Bracelet….
Mala bracelets are worn as a simple reminder of your practice,
to remain kind and live with a compassionate heart…
“The need for connection and community is primal, as fundamental as the need for air, water, and food.”
