Each one focused on a different aspect of your Yoga practice..

Helping you to deepen your practice, whether it be a practice purely on your mat or teachings that you can take off the mat and into your heart and life..

you will be lead through an asana practice…workshop style..

with demos…. lecture… and learning over two to three fun hours…

Includes time sharing a cuppa and treat over a chat…

RETREATS

Take some time for yourself….

Half day, Full day, and weekend Retreats…..

Short half & full day retreats are offered during the year to provide you with space to take pause, be with others who share your love of Yoga, learn something about yourself, and leave with a greater awareness of who you are…

Longer, Weekend Retreats are offered once a year,

toward the end of the year is a time when a lot of people are physically and mentally drained and in need of some time to themselves to recharge before the busy Christmas Holiday season..

Time for yourself in a gorgeous destination…

Retreats with just the right amount of activity and rest….
