STARTING A HOME PRACTICE WORKSHOP.. 2nd in this series.... Sat 26th Feb 9am-12noon
This is the second workshop in this series,
the first proved very popular, so I thought that going through some more ideas would be beneficial…
Do you want to have a regular home Yoga practice??

Do you start a home practice only to drop it in a week or two because you just don’t have time or you get bored ??

In this workshop, you will learn,
~ the importance and benefits of building and maintaining a home practice
~how to decide what to do once you actually get to your mat
~and.. you’ll learn ways to have it all make sense for you, and therefore, keep it up…
I'll break down the practices, and teach you how poses and sequences can lift you up for the morning or calm you down for the evening,
what to do if you feel exhausted and what to do if your feeling lethargic.. When to backbend and when to forward fold...
There really is a yoga practice for every occasion. But it can be a little overwhelming.
This is an interactive workshop where we will all share our thoughts and ideas on what holds us back, what a “good “ practice means, what works for us and what doesn’t… and all of the excuses !!!
