And the chakra system we see with the colorful rainbow of beautiful spinning wheels along the spine is no different.. The early Yogis had a much different perspective to what the chakra system was, and how and why someone would use them in their practice..
We’ll discuss some of these differences between Traditional Yogic practice and New Age practices..
And explore some of the practices together as the ancient Yogis intended … And discuss our experiences throughout the practice..
You can expect to learn some interesting wisdom from ancient Yoga tradition and how to apply it in your own practice.. You will be guided through a gentle and accessible Asana practice, Pranayama and Meditation practices.. And you will leave feeling a deeper connection to your Yoga practice and understanding of yourself..
And of course, there will be time for connection with the other participants over a cuppa …
